I agree that I wish to terminate my service(s) with Voicecom Technologies as indicated above. I have provided you with the required details above, to authenticate that I have the authorisation to request the service(s) to be cancelled. I request that my service(s) be cancelled on the date specified above. I understand that when my Web Hosting, Office 365 or Cloud PBX service is deleted, that any files I have stored on the server will be deleted and cannot be retrieved. This includes CDR records, voicemails, emails, websites, images, databases, and any other files or data stored on the server. I understand that when my Broadband/UFB Fibre connection is deleted that any other services that require this connection may be affected. I agree that I am responsible for the transfer of my new services to my new service provider (if applicable) and will have my services switched over to my new provider before the termination date that I have specified above.
