Microsoft SharePoint is a website-based collaboration system that uses workflow applications, “list” databases and other web parts and security features to empower business teams to work together.

SharePoint also gives the company using the platform the ability to control access to information and automate workflow processes across business units.

We recommend Sharepoint for mobile Organisations that don’t need an on premise server infrastructure. This works very well for users that need access to files from anywhere, collaborate in real time and get new updates from changes to their file systems.

While no software is perfect, with a bit of time and effort, this can be a very powerful tool.

Microsoft OneDrive is a cloud-based storage system and allows you to sync your SharePoint libraries to your desktop.

OneDrive allows you to have all your files and folders on your desktop and you work with them as normal however they are also stored in the cloud in either OneDrive or SharePoint storage.

If you install and setup your OneDrive on a second computer let’s say in an office at another branch / site then all your files are available there also, any changes made in either location will be synced to the alternate location.

Phone System allows you to replace your existing on-premises PBX system with a set of features delivered from Microsoft 365 or Office 365 that is tightly integrated into your cloud experience.

With Phone System, users can use Teams to place and receive calls, transfer calls, and mute or unmute calls. Phone System users can click a name in their address book, and place Teams calls to that person. To place and receive calls, Phone System users can use their mobile devices, a headset with a laptop or PC, or one of many IP phones that work with Teams. Phone System administrators can manage calling options and settings from the same console used for messaging, collaboration, and so on.

Calls between users in your organization are handled internally within Phone System, and never go to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). This applies to calls between users in your organization located in different geographical areas, removing long-distance costs on these internal calls.

For calls outside your organization, Microsoft provides multiple options for connecting Phone System to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).
