World Solar

World Solar has been using Voicecom Cloud PBX since Feb 2018. We have found the service to be reliable and well supported. Voicecom also supply our UFB fibre connection and other IT services.
Technical issues are dealt with quickly and effectively with Jim providing remote and onsite support when required. Our 0800 number and DDI lines can ring in multiple locations and the recent addition of headsets has made handsfree calling and data entry a lot easier for staff.
Upgrades to the system have been painless and we are notified of any changes.

Voicecom Technologies installed a new phone system for us, right through from quotation to installation. They planned the installation extremely well unfortunately our old system ceased working during installation which interrupted this plan, however Jim and Peter worked well into the night to install our new system making sure our company was not without phones.
