With 3CX Mobile Device Manager, administration of mobile devices becomes a lot easier by allowing you to configure settings remotely and for many mobile devices at once.

Mass Manage Mobile Devices with Group Policies

With the Group Policy feature you can group devices by department or function and configure specific policies that will be applied to the entire group. Password policies, app deployment and phone settings can differ between departments and still remain easy to manage. Group policies can be overridden for particular phones if necessary.

Manage Wi-Fi Network Settings on Devices

Deploying new Wi-Fi network passwords or changing security settings is a lot easier with 3CX MDM. Simply push out the changes to all the phones to allow users to connect seamlessly.

Accurate Mobile Device & SIM Card Inventory

Maintaining your mobile devices is easier if you know exactly what devices you have and what state they are in. 3CX MDM will list mobile device details such as model name, operating system version, CPU & Memory usage and more. Relevant SIM card details such as IMEI number, serial number and current operator are shown as well.

Remote Configure Email Settings

Configuring email profiles for users can be done automatically with email policies. Simply configure the email settings and push out the information to the device. This feature is currently only available for iOS devices.

With 3CX MDM it’s easy to deploy apps, whether internal or external, to one or more devices simultaneously. Preconfigure which applications should be loaded onto mobile devices and blacklist or whitelist apps according to the company policy. Regularly monitor for inappropriate apps.

Alerts

3CX Mobile Device Manager will alert you to any policy violations by email as well as log an alert in the alerts node within the dashboard.
